Role description

Supporting project teams to build safe, reliable, and secure systems that address business needs.

Providing on-call support, solving technical problems, and resolving incidents.

Writing clear documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Assisting in AWS account management and operating key platform services.

Collaborating with development teams to ensure secure and efficient project launches.

Requirements

Strong communicators who enjoy collaborative work.

Experience leading major incident investigations and providing on-call support.

Python development skills for automation (or strong scripting skills).

Broad experience with Cloud services, particularly AWS.

Understanding of DevOps, Agile methodologies, and the '

You build it, you own it, you support it' mentality.

Enterprise infrastructure delivery experience.

Proficiency in Linux/Windows, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code tools (Git, Ansible, Terraform).

Strong focus on security in AWS environments.

Desirable:

AWS certifications.

Advanced Terraform skills.

Linux/Windows certifications.

Non-functional testing experience.

Risk management and compliance knowledge.

Experience in highly regulated industries.
