Your responsibilities

• Spend time with manufacturing plants, operations, planning, and commercial teams to understand how work is performed and identify valuable improvement opportunities.
• Translate business challenges into practical Data & AI solutions.
• Build hands-on solutions using Python, SQL, and modern Data & AI technologies.
• Apply AI pragmatically to solve real operational and business problems.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT teams to industrialize successful solutions.
• Balance speed, quality, and business value when delivering new capabilities.
• Own selected use cases end-to-end - from discovery through implementation to business adoption.

Our requirements

• Business-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong hands-on programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Strong technical background in Data, AI, Analytics, or Software Engineering.
• Genuine curiosity about how businesses operate and how technology can improve them.
• Ability to identify valuable business problems and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Experience delivering solutions that are actually adopted by end users.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership from idea to implementation.
• Pragmatic approach to applying AI and modern data technologies.

Optional

• Experience within manufacturing, industrial operations, or supply chain environments.
• Experience with Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, or Generative AI solutions.
• Background in Software Engineering or Application Development.
• Experience with optimization, simulation, or operations research.

What we offer

• Hybrid working model - around 50% office presence.
• Occasional international travel - typically up to once per quarter for around 3/4 days.
