We are looking for an experienced Senior Android Mobile Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Kotlin and modern Android development practices. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of professional experience, is highly autonomous, and can act as a technical lead for Android-related topics, supporting architectural decisions and mentoring less experienced developers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android frameworks.
Build Store Capture and Transition Steering mobile solutions.
Integrate and maintain the Scandit scanning library.
Implement modern user interfaces using Jetpack Compose.
Design and maintain robust state management and offline capabilities.
Integrate REST APIs and collaborate with Kafka-based backend services.
Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and best engineering practices.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, application performance, and release processes.
Act as a technical leader for Android topics, driving technical decisions and supporting team members.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Backend Engineers, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile Scrum environment.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Android development.
Strong expertise in Kotlin.
Extensive experience with Jetpack Compose.
Solid understanding of Coroutines, Flows, and asynchronous programming.
Experience with Retrofit and/or Ktor.
Strong knowledge of REST API integration and API-first architectures.
Experience with unit and UI testing (JUnit, Espresso, Compose UI Testing).
Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of event-driven architectures and integration patterns (REST, Kafka).
Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions.
Experience in a Tech Lead / Lead Developer capacity, including architectural guidance and technical mentoring.
Ability to work effectively in distributed international teams (English: B2/C1 minimum)
