AML Analyst

Rate: max 80 pln/h net + VAT, B2B

Location: Hybrid - 3 days a week in office (Warsaw/Gdańsk/Gdynia/Łódź)

Summary

The role of AML Analyst is focused on ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and guidelines. The primary goal is to identify, assess, and mitigate AML risks associated with customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) assessments on clients.
• Gather and assess data related to customers to identify AML risks.
• Perform outreach to customers to obtain necessary documentation and information.
• Summarize and document risks related to customer profiles.
• Follow established procedures, work instructions (WIs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Make informed decisions regarding customer risk based on gathered information.

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of AML regulations and compliance procedures.
• Experience in performing CDD and EDD.
• Ability to conduct AML risk assessments.
• Strong communication skills for customer outreach.
• Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with financial institutions and banking processes.
• Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools or software.
• Additional language skills.
