Opis stanowiska

Dla naszego klienta z sektora finansowe poszukujemy AI Process Engineer / AI Scientist, który będzie odpowiedzialny za projektowanie, rozwój i optymalizację rozwiązań opartych na LLM, AI Agents, RAG i inteligentnych workflow. Główne obowiązki :

Projektowanie i rozwój AI Agents, agentic workflows oraz inteligentnych procesów.

Tworzenie i optymalizacja promptów, strategii orkiestracji i rozwiązań RAG.

Projektowanie frameworków ewaluacji, metryk jakości oraz AI guardrails.

Integracja rozwiązań AI poprzez API.

Eksperymentowanie i ciągła optymalizacja jakości, wydajności i kosztu rozwiązań AI.

Współpraca przy budowie skalowalnych i reusable AI capabilities oraz wdrażaniu ich do środowisk produkcyjnych. Job description

Main Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI Agents, agentic workflows, and intelligent processes.

Create and optimize prompts, orchestration strategies, and RAG solutions.

Design AI evaluation frameworks, quality metrics, and AI guardrails.

Integrate AI solutions through APIs.

Experiment with and continuously optimize the quality, performance, and cost of AI solutions.

Collaborate on building scalable and reusable AI capabilities and deploying them to production environments.
