AI Engineer with strong BI skills

About the roleWe're looking for someone who moves confidently in the world of artificial intelligence — able to build real applications and automations with its help — while also having a solid foundation in Business Intelligence. You'll bring these two worlds together: creating AI solutions that support business analytics, and developing and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards within the Microsoft environment. Responsibilities:

Design and build applications and automations using AI tools (incl. Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG)

Apply solid MLOps practices — testing, monitoring, and deploying AI solutions responsibly (Responsible AI)

Create and develop reports and dashboards in Power BI for various business departments

Automate business processes using Power Automate and Power AppsDesign and optimize data integration and processing workflows (SQL Server, Azure SQL, SSAS, SSRS)

Collaborate with business teams to define analytical requirements and translate them into concrete solutions

• Implement best practices in data quality, modeling, and BI solution architecture
• Track developments in AI and the Microsoft Power Platform and propose their application within the company
• What we're looking for:

Hands-on experience building applications or automations using AI tools (e.g. Azure OpenAI, LLM APIs, AI agents, Copilot Studio)

Familiarity with the most popular AI engines and models available on the market (e.g. OpenAI GPT, Microsoft Copilot / Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) and the ability to apply them in practice

Practical knowledge of prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniquesAn understanding of business processes and enjoyment in translating business requirements into AI-driven solutions

Very strong knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query)

Experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL and the ability to write SQL queries

Familiarity with Power Automate and/or Power AppsNice to have: experience with Azure Data Factory or other data integration toolsGood working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Copilot)

Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
