Key Responsibilities

Design & Build: Develop end-to-end GenAI applications, specialized AI agents, and custom RAG services tailored to complex business needs.

API Integration: Seamlessly integrate modern Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector databases into existing system architectures via RES

Tful APIs and microservices.

Prototyping to Industrialization: Move rapidly from Proof of Concept (PoC) and prototype stages to reliable, scalable, production-ready enterprise solutions.

CI/CD & MLOps: Establish and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for deployment, testing, monitoring, and performance evaluation of AI workflows.

Documentation: Produce clean, scalable code and maintain clear technical documentation for architecture, API specifications, and operational processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with international product teams, software developers, and stakeholders—communicating fluently in both English and French.

Requirements & Qualifications

Languages

French: Minimum B2 required; C1/C2 or Native preferred.

English: Professional working proficiency (B2/C1+).

Technical Skills & Experience

Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Software Engineer with a focus on Generative AI.

Deep hands-on experience building RAG architectures, enterprise assistants, and multi-agent systems (e.g., using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar).

Strong API design and integration skills (REST APIs, WebSockets, Python/FastAPI/Node.js).

Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes) applied to AI deployment pipelines.

Demonstrated ability to scale and industrialize PoCs into secure, stable, and high-performance production systems.

Strong commitment to writing clean code, unit/integration testing, and maintaining technical documentation.
