Location: Remote (Poland only)

Start: ASAP / within 30 daysType: Long-term engagementWe are looking for a AI Engineer to build and scale production-grade LLM solutions used by real customers. You will take AI features from concept to production, ensuring high quality, performance, observability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

Build end-to-end LLM applications using LangGraph and Fast
API
Design agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and tool-calling solutions
Create evaluation frameworks and regression tests for LLM quality
Improve retrieval, prompting, and overall answer accuracy
Monitor and debug production AI systems using tracing and observability tools
Optimize latency, token usage, and infrastructure costs
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience.

Strong experience with backend development (APIs, async programming, testing)

Proven experience delivering and maintaining LLM solutions in production

Hands-on experience with LangGraph and RAG
Experience debugging AI systems, including evaluation, observability, and cost optimization
Cloud experience, preferably Azure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
English at minimum B2 level
Proactive, collaborative, and communicative approach

Mentoring or Tech Lead experience
