Обязанности:

сотрудничество с командой и текущая отчётность по результатам.

Требования:

опыт работы в рекрутинге минимум пол года.
очень хорошее знание русского, английского или испанского языка;
коммуникабельность и лёгкость в установлении контакта с людьми;
ответственность и вовлечённость в работу;
хорошая организация рабочего процесса;
самостоятельность и ориентация на результат;
уверенное пользование компьютером и базовыми офисными программами;

Responsibilities:

managing recruitment processes;
actively searching for and attracting candidates;

cooperating with the team and reporting on recruitment results.

Requirements:

at least 6 months of experience in recruitment;
very good knowledge of English, or Spanish;
excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
responsibility and commitment to work;
good organizational skills;
ability to work independently and focus on achieving results;
confident computer skills and knowledge of basic office programs.

Requisitos:

mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en selección de personal / reclutamiento;
muy buen dominio del español;
excelentes habilidades de comunicación y facilidad para establecer contacto con las personas;
responsabilidad y compromiso con el trabajo;
buena organización y gestión del tiempo;
autonomía y orientación a resultados;
buen manejo del ordenador y de las herramientas básicas de oficina.
