Remote Czech & Slovak Customer Service Consultant

Hi!

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

Tasks: 📌- Provide technical support to equipment users.- Diagnose and resolve technical problems.- Providing information on products and their functionality.- Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements: 💎- Fluency in Slovak and Czech (B2/C1).- Excellent command of English (B1/B2).- Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).- Smile, positive attitude, communicative, willingness to learn.- Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.- Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00-18:00.

What we offer: 🤝- Civil contract with a rate:
