IT Recruiter

About the role

Verita HR is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Poland.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology positions, build relationships with candidates and clients, and actively contribute to the development of strong technical talent pipelines.

This role requires someone who understands the Polish technology market, can communicate credibly with IT professionals, and is confident approaching passive candidates. We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded recruiter who takes ownership, works effectively in a results-driven environment, and is comfortable participating in both online and face-to-face client meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience within a recruitment agency, staffing company, RPO provider, or consultancy

• Experience recruiting for clients within banking, financial services, fintech, or technology

• Experience managing several client recruitment projects simultaneously

• An established network within the Polish IT market

• Experience providing clients with salary benchmarking and market intelligence

• Experience participating in face-to-face client meetings

• Familiarity with recruitment reporting, pipeline analytics, and performance metrics

• Experience supporting business development or expanding existing client relationships
