With us you will:

Work in one of HR areas:

Talent Development, Labor Relations, Communications, or Organization Effectiveness.

Partner with HR Business Partners on projects involving engagement, retention, learning, and communication.

Run independently truly meaningful HR projects, cooperating with business partners from Sales, Brand Management, Finance, and Logistics.

Develop yourself via leadership, feedback, on-the-job and formal trainings, coaching, and mentoring provided by your manager and colleagues

You can expect:3 months Traineeship in a multicultural, dynamic environment, with an opportunity to join the team as HR Manager upon successful completion of Traineeship.

Hybrid working mode – up to 2 days work from home per week, 3 days per week work from office in Targowek, Warsaw.

Job Qualifications

Apply if you are:

A 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year university student, or a recent graduate from any field of study.

Fluent in English and Polish languages

Skilled in leadership, communication, collaboration, problem-solving and analytics.

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Office 365.

Strategically oriented, yet able to take an operational approach when working within diverse organizations and teams.

Ready to work from office 3 days a week in Targowek, Warsaw.

Initial relevant experience related (e.g., gained through student organizations, volunteer work, or internships) is a plus.
