Your next step towards an international career
Are you highly organised, proactive, and eager to grow in an international business environment? Would you love to work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to strategic business activities, and develop skills that go far beyond traditional administrative support?
We are looking for an ambitious Executive Assistant to support a leadership team within the Advisory Services business in Dubai
This is an opportunity to take on a dynamic, varied role combining executive support, project coordination, and business development activities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, help keep priorities on track, and play an important part in ensuring that day-to-day operations and business initiatives run smoothly.
You do not need previous Project Management experience to succeed in this role. What matters most is your ability to bring people and tasks together, anticipate what needs to happen next, and turn multiple moving parts into well-organised, actionable plans.
If you enjoy taking initiative, solving problems, and making things happen, this could be an excellent opportunity to accelerate your professional development.
What will you be responsible for?
- Executive support: Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, organising schedules, and helping senior stakeholders make the most of their time.
- Project coordination: Keeping track of deadlines, following up on action points, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring that tasks progress as planned.
- Business development support: Assisting with client proposals, coordinating business development activities, and helping prepare meetings and materials.
- Stakeholder communication: Building professional relationships with clients, candidates, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
- Planning and organisation: Managing multiple priorities, anticipating scheduling conflicts, and finding practical solutions when plans change.
- Team collaboration: Working with colleagues across different teams and providing support wherever business needs require it.
- Continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities to make processes more efficient and contributing to the smooth running of a dynamic, international team.
What are we looking for?
We are interested in someone who combines strong organisational skills with a proactive mindset and a genuine desire to grow.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A natural talent for coordinating tasks, connecting the dots, and keeping things on track.
- A proactive attitude and the confidence to take ownership rather than wait for instructions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders.
- The flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- A willingness to work in line with Dubai business hours.
Previous experience in Executive Assistance, Administration, Business Support, Team Coordination, or Project Support will be an advantage. Formal Project Management experience is not required — your organisational abilities, initiative, and potential to grow are what matter most.
What do we offer?
- Competitive salary of PLN 12,000–14,500 gross per month.
- Employment contract (Umowa o pracę).
- Remote-first flexibility, with the opportunity to work from anywhere in Poland.
- Monthly office visits in Warsaw for employees based outside the local area.
- Exposure to an international business environment and collaboration with a team based in Dubai.
- The opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain valuable insight into business operations and decision-making.
- A varied role with genuine responsibility and the opportunity to develop skills in project coordination, business operations, and executive support.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including private medical care, life insurance, and an annual bonus.
Working hours
You will work in line with the Dubai office's time zone. The team typically starts its working day at around 9:00 AM Dubai time, meaning an early start in Poland. Flexibility and availability during Dubai business hours are essential.
Ready to take the next step?
If you are ambitious, exceptionally organised, fluent in English, and excited by the prospect of working in an international business environment, we would love to hear from you.
This is more than an administrative role. It is an opportunity to learn, take ownership, and build the skills to shape your future career.
