Payroll Specialist with German (m/k)

Zakres obowiązków Manage end-to-end Italian payroll processes (pre- and post-payroll), including data validation, reconciliations, tax filings, and reporting Maintain employee data and support Hire-to-Retire processes in SAP/ERP systems Monitor Time & Attendance, handle employee queries, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations Prepare reports, support audits, and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs Provide HR administrative support and contribute to ongoing HR processes and projects Wymagania min. 3 years of German payroll experience (end-to-end), with strong knowledge of German regulations and T& A processes Fluent German and communicative English Experience with SAP (mandatory) and good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); ADP knowledge is a plus Detail-oriented, process-driven, and well-organized professional with strong stakeholder management skills Oferujemy Permanent contract after the probation period Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office - Warsaw, Wola) Opportunity to work in an international, multicultural environment Daily use of foreign languages Access to modern HR systems and technologies Private medical care (also for family) Life insurance Multisport card MyBenefit platform (sports, travel, culture, etc.)
