Your responsibilities

• Supporting clients in German – via phone, email, and chat,
• Responding to inquiries and solving client issues – you will be the first person to help them,
• Providing support regarding automotive products and services – sharing knowledge and assisting clients,

Our requirements

• Very good knowledge of German (C1 level) to communicate smoothly with clients and business partners,
• Communicative knowledge of English – you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment,

• Willingness to develop in the automotive industry – you will learn everything from scratch and quickly gain experience,
