Benefits Analyst

Location: Warsaw, hybrid (3 days in office)

Contract Type: B2B / UZ 6 months initial contract

Rate: up to 90 PLN/hour (B2B); 75zł/hour (UZ)

What you’ll do:

• Support benefits integration activities during M& A transitions
• Coordinate onboarding and harmonization of employee benefits programs
• Work closely with payroll, HR, operations, and external vendors
• Manage third-party provider and compliance-related processes
• Handle escalated employee queries and support smooth transition processes
• Analyse benefits and operational data using Excel and reporting tools

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in benefits operations or delivery
• Experience supporting benefits implementation during mergers & acquisitions
• Strong experience managing third-party providers and vendors
• Advanced English communication skills
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
