About the project

Your responsibilities

• Own the delivery and optimization of Workday Reward processes, including salary, bonus, and LTI workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Develop and manage comprehensive programme plans, milestones, risk mitigation, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between senior stakeholders, HR teams, Workday specialists, and technical delivery teams, fostering collaboration and clarity.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Drive process improvements and support the transition toward a scalable, product-centric HR technology model.
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance decision-making, efficiency, and user experience within Workday.
• Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, ensuring momentum and quick resolution of blockers.

Our requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing complex transformation programmes within large enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in project/programme management, particularly in HR or Workday-related projects.
• Strong understanding of Workday modules, enterprise data, and systems integration concepts.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience working closely with technical teams and translating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, changing environments.

Optional

• Experience with Workday Compensation or Reward modules.
• Background in HR technology transformation projects.
• Knowledge of AI, GenAI, or automation technologies applied within enterprise settings.
• Experience managing a portfolio of related programmes.
