Wire Harness Designer

We are currently looking for a Wire Harness Designer to join an international engineering team responsible for developing electrical harness solutions for advanced powertrain systems.

Location: Work from Warsaw office or remotely, with occasional planned business trips

• Your responsibilities
• Design and development of engine wiring harnesses in concept and detailed design phases
• Definition of cable routing and 3D harness modelling in Creo Harness
• Preparation of harness drawings and sourcing-related technical documentation
• Design of cable ducts, brackets, holders and routing components
• Creation of wiring assembly and installation instructions
• Technical support for production, troubleshooting and cost reduction initiatives
• Close cooperation with electrical, mechanical, validation, sourcing and manufacturing teams
• Participation in assembly trials and supplier audits
• Support of product industrialization and manufacturing processes

• What you bring to the table
• Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D CAD design using CreoHands-on experience with electrical harness design and cable routing
• Knowledge of Creo Harness or similar wiring design modules
• Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel occasionally
