About the roleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented Web Editor to join one of our clients and manage day-to-day content production, CMS updates, and editorial quality across their web platform.

You’ll publish content, maintain categories and hierarchies, coordinate with internal stakeholders, support content priorities, and help implement AI-powered workflows in the CMS. This role is essential for ensuring the platform stays fresh, accurate, and aligned with the client’s brand and marketing strategy.

What you’ll focus onUploading, formatting, scheduling, and publishing content in the CMS.

Maintaining metadata, tags, categories, and content structure.

Managing categories and hierarchies, including taxonomies.

Gathering assets and copy from internal stakeholders and managing revisions.

Supporting content priorities and day-to-day publishing activities.

Proofreading content, checking links, and ensuring content renders correctly.

Coordinating the implementation and testing of AI-assisted content generation and publishing workflows.

What we’re looking for2+ years of experience in web content management or editorial support.

Proficiency with CMS platforms and content publishing workflows.

Strong attention to detail and editorial sensibility.

Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing requests.

Openness to using AI tools to improve speed and consistency.

A short introductory conversation with our recruitment team to discuss your background, motivation, and role expectations.2. Cultural Fit Interview.

A meeting focused on collaboration style, communication approach, and how you operate in an international environment.3. Technical Interview.

A deeper technical discussion covering CMS platforms, content publishing workflows, metadata and taxonomy, editorial quality, and AI-powered content workflows, including a hands-on deep dive relevant to day-to-day responsibilities.4. Final Interview (45 min).

A concluding conversation focused on behavioural aspects, leadership and ownership mindset, and managerial alignment.
