About the project

Join an international team responsible for developing and maintaining a global Quality Management System built on the Veeva Vault platform. You will work on business-critical solutions supporting quality and compliance processes in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. The project offers long-term cooperation within a stable Managed Services organization and the opportunity to become an expert in one of the fastest-growing platforms used across the Life Sciences industry.

Your responsibilities

Configure, customize, and enhance solutions within the Veeva Vault platform, primarily in the Quality domain.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Collaborate with international stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams.

Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and release activities.

Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex production issues.

Prepare technical documentation and contribute to validation activities required in regulated environments.

Work in an Agile environment, taking part in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review sessions.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across Quality Management processes.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, preferably Veeva Vault Quality (QMS).

Experience in regulated environments (GxP, validation, testing, compliance, risk assessment).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work with international teams.

English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

Knowledge of Quality Management processes and systems.

Experience with other Veeva Vault modules.

Previous exposure to TrackWise or similar QMS platforms.

Experience in pharmaceutical, clinical research, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
