We are looking for an experienced professional to support and enhance a regulated digital quality management environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining business-critical quality applications, ensuring they operate efficiently, remain compliant with industry standards, and continue to meet evolving organizational needs. Your tasks

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise quality management platforms and their related processes

  • Perform validation and testing activities to ensure system reliability and compliance

  • Minimum 5 years of experience administering and configuring enterprise quality management solutions with hands-on Veeva Quality experience
  • Proven expertise in quality-focused document and process management systems

  • Experience supporting regulated environments and compliance-driven processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver effective long-term solutions
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
