We are looking for an experienced UX Manager to lead an existing team of designers and help drive the creation of advanced systems for public safety applications used in the incident workflow. We are in the midst of transforming our design approach—transitioning from a mockup-centric model to one oriented around working code ("

System over Artifacts"). We are seeking a leader with a high agency mindset who will operationally implement this new process, relying on close collaboration with engineering and design partners and the active adoption of new working models, including, but not limited to, AI tools.
