Travel Advisor with Russian (evenings & weekends shifts, part-time)

Your responsibilities:

Responding to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound) - Russian market. 🪆Working with confidential travel-related customer information and treating it sensitively (hotel bookings, plane tickets). ✈️Presenting proactive, patient, empathetic and understanding attitude. 🫶Serve as a brad ambassador one of the most popular travel agency. 🌎Our requirements:

Russian language skills (C1 level) and English (min. B2 level).

Availability to work in flexible schedule (during the evenings, till 11:00 PM CET), on weekends (3 weekends per month) and local public holidays.

Previous experience in customer service/call center/tourism industry/airline industry is preferred.
