Travel Advisor with Russian (evenings & weekends shifts)

Your responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
• Help customers navigate any travel difficulties, ensuring they receive support every step of the way.
• Facilitate changes to reservations, including adjustments to travel dates, destinations, and personal information.
• Provide insightful information to partners regarding flights, products, prices, fare rules, and online services, contributing to overall client success.
• Efficiently handle requests for cancellations and refunds, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Our requirements:

• Russian C1 and English B2 (both spoken and written).
• Calm and well-organized – you feel great in fast-paced environment, constant change gives you energy.
• Team player with great attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills).
• Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues.
