Technical Support Specialist / QA Tester

Important: This is a full-time position with 5 days a week working from our office in Warsaw.

Join our team and work on one of the top 3 navigation apps designed to help people avoid traffic and find the best routes. Our Beta community has around 40,000 volunteers from all over the world. They test Beta versions of the app and help us improve its quality.

Responsibilities

Monitor and investigate bug reports, suggestions, and forum posts from the Beta community.

Release Beta versions to the community using Centercode.

Find important and critical issues and report them to the relevant internal teams.

Track issues and help make sure they are handled on time.

Requirements

Strong English skills — you can communicate clearly in English, both in writing and speaking, and use technical and software testing terms.2+ years of experience in Technical Support or 1+ year of experience in manual QA.

Experience with bug tracking systems and test management tools.

Good time management and a task-focused approach. You can work with tight deadlines and adapt to changing requirements.

Nice to have

Experience with software QA methods and practices, especially for mobile apps (Android and iOS).

Experience using log files to find and understand technical issues.

Experience working with testing tools and analyzing test results.

Good understanding of client-server architecture.
