How you will get the job donesupporting technical audits of enterprise websites and portals to ensure crawlability, indexation, and performanceassisting in maintaining SEO/GEO standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organizationmonitoring technical issues, assessing their impact, and supporting remediation effortsoptimizing website architecture, internal linking, and content for search engines and AI crawlers, including managing robots.txt and meta directivesevaluating new technologies (e.g., React, Angular) for their impact on search visibilityimplementing structured data and optimizing sitemaps, navigation, and URL structures in collaboration with cross-functional teamsimproving Core Web Vitals and overall page performance with development teamssupporting agile processes, including translating requirements into user stories, coordinating backlogs, and assisting with QA/testinganalyzing log files and crawl data to identify opportunities for improving crawl budget and indexation

• Skills and experience you will needfluency in English (C1)4+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience, ideally in financial services or insurance sectorvery good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)experience with JS-heavy frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue)knowledge of technical SEO tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Botify) and Google Search Consoleexperience in working with Agile/Scrum teamsstrong communication, stakeholder management skillsanalytical and problem-solving skillshigh degree of ownership and accountabilityhigh awareness of security, compliance and regulatory aspects in technical implementations
