Technical Project Manager (SaaS)

Responsibilities

For a project delivered for an international client in the automotive sector, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will coordinate the end-to-end onboarding of tools and SaaS platforms in a complex enterprise environment.

The role combines transition and project management with cloud-risk coordination, Identity and Access Management, documentation, governance and stakeholder management.

• Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for new tools, software solutions and SaaS platforms.
• Develop and manage transition plans, milestones, dependencies and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate business, technical, security, compliance and external vendor stakeholders.
• Support cloud and on-premise risk assessments and coordinate mitigation activities.
• Coordinate IAM activities, including roles, permissions and access lifecycle processes.
• Create and maintain architecture, project and governance documentation, preferably in LeanIX.
• Prepare status reports, risk registers, readiness assessments and steering committee updates.

Qualifications

• Experience managing tool, software or SaaS onboarding and rollout projects.
• Strong project or transition management experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Good understanding of AWS or Azure, including basic cloud security and access concepts.
• Understanding of IAM, role-based access and access-governance processes.
• Experience supporting IT or cloud risk assessments and compliance activities.
• Familiarity with LeanIX or a similar enterprise architecture or documentation platform.
• Very good English and Polish. Strong stakeholder-management, communication and reporting skills.
