Technical Advisor with French & Polish – 100% Remote

Job description:

Handle customer inquiries: e-mails in English and phone calls in French or Polish.

Support international market: individual (B2C) and business customers (B2B).

Deal with the following topics: complaints, inquiries regarding post-warranty repairs, and technical issues.

Explain non-technical customers how electronics devices work, what is inside the device.

Communicate in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner to care about the quality of the service.

Input data, write quickly and clearly.

Requirements:

Fluent French (C1) – both written and spoken.

Fluent Polish (C1) – both written and spoken.

Very good English (C1) – both written and spoken.

Technical understanding – interest or knowledge of how electronic devices work.

Ability to deal with challenging or disappointed customers in a calm way.

Team player, adaptable, and quality-focused with good IT tool skills.

Experience in customer service (individual / business customers).

Nie to have:

Interest in a new technology and electronics trends.
