We are looking for a motivated Support Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time role based in one of our offices and is best suited for someone who is comfortable working not just during normal business hours, but also in the evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, good English communication, general understanding of IT support processes, familiar with basics of SQL scripting. Experience working with JAMS is a big plus.

We expect candidates to be located in one of the following cities: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Lodz, Gdansk or Bialystok.

This position is offered exclusively under a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie).

Responsibilities:

Provide basic IT support during assigned shifts (incl. out of normal business hours)

Monitor JAMS Workflows, respond to alerts, analyze flows execution, run SQL scripts, escalate issues to the appropriate on-call teams when needed

  • Follow defined escalation paths (L1, L2, etc.) and ensure smooth handovers between support levels
  • Document incidents and maintain clear communication with other team members
  • Requirements:

English level: B2+Good analytical skills

  • Basic knowledge of SQL data querying
  • Comfortable working with laptops, Windows OS, and basic office applications
  • General understanding of IT support operations, including on-call processes and support levels (L1, L2)

Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Software Development in general

  • Ability to work independently and responsibly during off-hours
  • Previous IT support experience is a plus, but not required

Shift-based work: flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays (average 32h/week; 8–12 hour rotating shifts; 7 days/week), from one of our offices in Bialystok, Lodz, Gdansk, Warsaw, or Wroclaw
