Warehouse Worker / Order Picker – Auto Parts

Work location: Swobodnia (40 km from Warsaw)

Salary : 4,500 – 7,200 PLN netto

Bonus: up to 2,000 PLN gross per month for meeting order picking performance targets

Work schedule

Workdays: Monday – Saturday

Shifts: 18:00 / 20:00 – 04:00 / 06:00

Break: 30 minutes

Important: unexcused absence may result in termination

Job description

Work at a large automotive parts warehouse (European Logistics and Development Center). Order picking is performed using a scanner.

Product range includes: batteries, filters, spark plugs, exhaust systems, fasteners, tires, and other auto parts.

No manual carrying of full boxes is required – conveyor systems are used.

Each employee is assigned to one department and trained until fully independent. Training lasts 3–4 days.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders using a scanner
• Scanning items and checking quantities
• Placing goods in storage according to procedures
• Assisting in receiving and sorting goods
• Following health and safety rules
• Packaging and taping tires
• Placing tires on shelves
• Loading and unloading using warehouse equipment
• Teamwork during handling of bulky goods
