About the role: What's in the Box

As a Staff Product Manager, you will own and evolve HelloFresh's benefit creation platform, which defines, configures, and governs every discount, voucher, and reward across all our global brands and channels. Leading a dedicated squad of engineers, you will transform this high-impact system into a flexible, scalable, and highly automated platform. This is a foundational infrastructure role where you will design self-serve tooling and robust governance rules, ensuring our marketing and commercial teams can safely launch campaigns without engineering bottlenecks. Your work will directly protect our P& L margins while unlocking innovative, automated capabilities for future customer experiences.
