About the roleAs a Solution Architect within the HR & Group Systems unit, the focus will be on Real Estate Services. Your focus will be on architectural decisions relating to software in the real estate services sector. You will design scalable solutions and provide support on technical issues within projects.

You will design IT architecture in alignment with customer requirements, IT architecture standards, including guidelines, and Enterprise Architecture strategy, safeguarding Target IT Architecture-conformity.

How you will get the job donedefining the strategic vision for Real Estate Services architecture, including application lifecycle, permission management, and retention policiesleading the design and governance of the Real Estate Services applications, ensuring scalability, security, compliance (e.g. VAIT), and cost efficiencyscouting and evaluating new Real Estate Services requirements (for example Archibus, AutoCAD, Building Access etc.), match them to business needs, and advise engineering and development teams on adoptionestablishing architectural standards and best practicesresolving complex technical issues, request feature enhancements, and ensure optimal licensing and setupanswering technical questions from product teams and negotiate architectural decisions during project planning / project implementation

• Skills and experience you will needfluency in English and strong stakeholder communication skillsdeep expertise in SaaS/Cloud (AWS), Azure & basic Network architecture, governance, and integrationexperience with Desktop Applicationsknowledge in state of the art Frameworks (Java, SQL)experience designing permission management, retention policies, and application lifecycle processesunderstanding of distributed systems, telemetry, and compliance frameworksstrategic thinking and vision-setting for CAFM (Computer aided facility management)ability to lead and mentor engineers and business stakeholdersexperience negotiating with external service providers
