• Accelerating critical infrastructure initiatives for a global logging platform powering analytics, business metrics, and accurate debugging across AWS, Azure, and GCP in 70+ regions. The architecture process covers structured logs (LumberJack), log delivery (Woodchuck), logging agents, and unstructured logs (Sawmill).

Key delivery areas include automating and standardizing region-to-region migrations, provisioning end-to-end multi-cloud environments via Infrastructure-as-Code and AI acceleration, and enhancing the scalability and reliability of high-throughput log delivery systems

• Desired professional profile & core competencies:

Proven track record matching Staff-level expertise in large-scale distributed environments (e.g., Google, Databricks, Apple, Meta).

Deep proficiency in at least one backend language (C++, Java, Scala, Rust, Go, Python) with polyglot codebase adaptability

Hands-on experience with streaming and data processing frameworks (Spark, Delta Lake, or equivalent log pipelines)

Demonstrated expertise in live production migrations, rollback planning, and automated parity testing

• Strong self-direction, strategic alignment, and high-level technical communication skills
