Software Engineer (Python OR Ruby on Rails) Salary: 21,000 - 27,000 PLN per month

Hybrid from Warsaw (2 days on site / per week) Full-time

Contract through DeelWe’re looking for a Software Engineer for a leading software provider in the clean-energy space, building technology that helps solar professionals design and sell solar projects accurately and at scale. Their platform has powered millions of solar designs and is recognized as one of the top remote-friendly and sustainability-focused companies in the industry.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of professional experience developing software

• Hands-on experience delivering and maintaining real-world applications using Python OR Ruby on Rails
• Strong communication abilities with a proven track record of working effectively across product, design, and engineering teams
• Exposure to modern front-end development using React and reusable, component-driven architectures
• Practical experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or both in production environments
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Nice to HaveHands-on experience designing or working with GraphQL-based AP
• IsInterest in renewable energy, climate tech, or mission-driven products.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and enhance features for an industry-leading solar design and sales platform

• Develop and maintain APIs that integrate with financial and sales partners
• Produce clean, well-structured, and maintainable code to support scalable and secure services
• Work collaboratively within an agile team to deliver high-quality results in consistent sprint cycles
• Participate in code reviews and team problem-solving to continuously raise code qualityOwn the features and services you develop, including contributing to an on-call rotation with team support
