Snowflake Analyst

Responsibilities:

Elicit, analyse, validate and document functional and non-functional requirements

• Translate business needs into clear and structured IT solution requirementsAct as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment and transparency across stakeholders
• Extract, analyse, visualise and interpret data from various sources to support requirements analysis and solution design
• Prepare data mappings and analyse relationships between different data sources and systems
• Perform gap analysis between existing ('as-is') and target ('to-be') solutions
• Analyse and contribute to IT solution design together with architects and technical teams
• Document data flows, solution requirements and target-state solutions
• Define clear acceptance criteria for requirements
• Manage stakeholders and facilitate alignment across different parts of the organisation
• Participate actively in team ceremonies and contribute to resolving issues within the team
• Support continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and development of team practices Requirements:

Around 5 years of professional experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst or in a similar roleHands-on experience working with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms

• Good SQL skills and practical experience in data analysis
• Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation
• Experience in creating data mappings and documenting data flows
• Understanding of IT solution design, system integrations and dependencies
• Experience in defining functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across business and IT teamsVery good analytical and problem-solving skillsVery good command of English, both spoken and written Offer:
