Your role

As a SIAM Operations Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services across a complex, multi-vendor environment. Working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, you will oversee service performance, maintain high service quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in service management will help align IT services with business needs while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and operational excellence.
