For our Client from the healthcare sector, we are looking for experienced Senior Windows Engineers to join an enterprise infrastructure team supporting Windows Server environments across both on-premises and Microsoft Azure.

If you enjoy troubleshooting complex infrastructure, improving operational excellence, and working in a modern hybrid cloud environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise Windows Server environments.

Maintain Windows Server health, availability, and performance.

Monitor infrastructure using SCOM and Netmon.

Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and infrastructure-related issues.

Perform Windows Server patching using Azure Update Manager and SCCM.

Support hybrid infrastructure running on-premises and Microsoft Azure.

Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes using ServiceNow.

Contribute to automation initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Collaborate with international infrastructure and operations teams.
