Senior UX Researcher

We are looking for Senior User Experience Researcher. User-first advocate with a strong passion for accessibility, design ethics, and research integrity.

Your responsibilities:

User Research, Usability Testing and Product Design Research within digital platforms.

Conducting research within Data, Analytics, AI-driven products, complex system migration projects.

Embedding research insights directly into fast-paced, agile product development cycles.

Defining research questions, selecting methods, and preparing study materials.

Ensures products meet real user needs and improves usability, satisfaction, and business outcomes.

Presenting findings to product teams to guide design and strategy.

We are looking for you, if you have:3–5 years of dedicated hands-on experience in User Research, Usability Testing, or Product Design Research within digital platforms.

Prior experience conducting research within Data, Analytics, AI-driven products, or complex system migration projects is highly desirable.

Solid proficiency in both qualitative methodologies (in-depth interviews, usability testing, field studies) and quantitative tools (surveys, card sorting, basic product analytics).

Proven experience embedding research insights directly into fast-paced, agile product development cycles.

Proven ability to operate independently—taking ownership of research projects from brief to presentation without needing daily technical supervision.

Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to effectively communicate research findings and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.

Practical, hands-on mindset focused on driving real product impact rather than purely theoretical research.
