Senior Tester

Industry: banking

Rate: up to 115 pln/h net + VAT, B2BLocation: Gdynia/Warsaw (2 days per week in the office)

Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient and well-documented QA activities according to Quality Standards.

Analyze and design new tests (Test Cases/Scenarios).

Plan and execute tests.

Report defects and manage their lifecycle.

Recommend appropriate actions based on test results.

Collaborate closely with automation testers for optimal regression coverage and test suites.

Work actively within the scrum team to secure high-quality deliveries.

Must Haves:

ISTQB Certification.

Proven ability to drive and support QA activities across delivery teams.

Keen attention to detail, quality, and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to thrive in an international environment.8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in Agile teams.

Experienced in defining, executing, and reporting tests for complex software systems.

Experience in web and mobile testing.

Familiarity with testing applications on cloud-based platforms (e.g., Browser

Stack).

Expertise in system testing of modern UI (Web/Mobile).

Proficient in API testing using Postman and Swagger.

Experience with test management tools (preferably qTest or similar).

Practical experience with Jira and Confluence.

Nice to Haves:

Experience in Automation Testing.

Familiarity with PEGA platform.

Working knowledge of AI tools.

Experience with SAFe methodology.
