Senior Technical Program Manager (Engineering)

Our AI-powered consumer intelligence platform delivers strategic insights for global brands such as Coca Cola, Unilever, and Bayer. We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager (Engineering) to join our team.

The RoleWe're looking for someone who can take an important engineering initiative and drive it from definition through production, without the CTO having to chase teams, dependencies, and deadlines. This role reports directly to the CTO. This is not a traditional Scrum Master role. You'll work across ~4 engineering teams and initiatives involving SaaS, Azure, Databricks, data engineering, AI/ML, QA, APIs, and CI/CD.

What you'll own

• Drive engineering projects from planning to production
• Manage milestones, risks, dependencies, and commitments
• Push Engineering Managers and teams for clear ownership and follow-throughRun effective Scrum/Kanban delivery processes
• Ensure Jira accurately represents engineering workReview epics/stories to make sure they are ready for development
• Help translate business requests into engineering requirements
• Enforce engineering intake and change control
• Give the CTO clear visibility into progress, blockers, risks, and delivery confidence
• Typical projects include:

Delivering new product/client capabilities

• Platform/component migrationsQA automation and engineering process improvementsWe're looking for6+ years in Technical Program Management / Engineering Delivery
• Strong experience running complex software projects across multiple teams
• Excellent Jira + Agile experience
• Strong technical fluency with cloud, APIs, data pipelines, CI/CD, QA, and AI/ML environments
• Someone comfortable challenging missed commitments and unclear requirements
• Strong ownership and bias toward executionIf your idea of a Scrum Master is primarily running ceremonies and updating Jira, this probably isn't the role.
