To succeed as a Senior Software Developer, you should bring deep expertise in modern .

NET and cloud-native development on Microsoft Azure, hands-on experience building with AI and large language models (LLMs), the ability to learn new technology quickly, and the ability to provide technical leadership in a team environment. You will help evolve a mature, mission-critical platform while building the AI-enabled capabilities that will define its future.

Main Responsibilities

Lead Agile, globally distributed development teams and ensure results through sound technical decision-making.

Work with the Software Development Manager to establish engineering best practices and ensure the team meets its code quality goals.

Mentor junior engineers on standards and effective use of AI-assisted development tools.

Communicate technical concepts and decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support cloud-native healthcare applications and services.

Implement secure RESTful APIs and system interfaces, including healthcare interoperability standards.

Help define how AI features are tested, monitored, and safeguarded.

Modernize legacy components towards current .

NET architectures.

Participate in production support and root-cause analysis.

Collaborate daily with product, design, QA, and implementation teams.

Key Requirements5+ years of professional experience designing and developing enterprise software.

Expert-level C# and modern .

NET (including ASP.

NET Core and Entity Framework Core).

Strong SQL Server skills, including data modeling and performance tuning.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.

Experience designing RESTful APIs and scalable systems.

Practical experience integrating LLMs into applications.

Proficient use of AI-assisted development tools.

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.

Solid understanding of application security fundamentals.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred.

Nice to Have

Experience with Python for AI/ML or data processing.

Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and tooling.

Experience with healthcare industry standards such as HIPAA and HL7 FHIR.

Experience with containers and infrastructure-as-code tools.

Relevant Microsoft Azure or AI certifications.
