Your responsibilities

• Analyze user stories and requirements to ensure test coverage aligns with business and acceptance criteria.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans covering functional, integration, and business process testing across D365/CRM modules.
• Perform manual testing (a significant part of the role involves hands-on, click-through testing) to identify defects and edge cases.
• Conduct exploratory testing and acceptance testing to validate delivered functionality against expectations.
• Log, document, and track bugs/defects clearly, with sufficient detail for developers to reproduce and resolve them.
• Perform retesting, regression testing, and smoke testing ahead of deployments/releases.
• Collaborate closely with developers and solution architects to clarify requirements, discuss root causes, and validate fixes.
• Report progress, test status, risks, and blockers to the Product Owner on a daily basis.
• Proactively identify quality risks and potential roadblocks before they escalate into production issues.
• Communicate test results and quality status clearly to both technical (dev/architects) and business (PO/stakeholders) audiences.
• Contribute to and follow the full test lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, managing parallel testing efforts across releases.
• Maintain test documentation in Confluence and manage test cases/defects in JIRA.
• Over time, contribute to building test automation capabilities as the role and product knowledge mature.
• Over time, support and mentor other QA team members as experience grows.

Our requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing/QA, ideally including 2-3+ years working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) implementation or development projects, or comparable experience with other CRM-class systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proven experience testing CRM business processes and system integrations, with a solid understanding of end-to-end business workflows within complex, multi-module environments.
• Full test lifecycle management (from requirements analysis and test case/test plan design through execution, regression, and UAT support) using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including planning, risk/issue mitigation, and managing parallel test cycles across releases.
• Practical knowledge of Confluence and JIRA (test case management, defect tracking, sprint/release planning).
• Bilingual proficiency (Polish & English) in professional business and technical contexts.
• Ability to translate business requirements and acceptance criteria into effective test strategies and test coverage for D365/CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Power Platform, etc.).
• Hypothesis-driven, risk-based approach to test planning and defect triage/prioritization.
• Experience collaborating with developers, PM/POs, and business stakeholders.
• High ownership and accountability, with a strong orientation toward quality outcomes and value delivery.
• Ability to anticipate quality risks and resolve complex defects/issues before they escalate to production.
• Ability to clearly communicate test results, defects, and quality risks to both technical and business audiences.
• Adaptability, resilience under pressure, and strict adherence to confidentiality (especially with client/business data in CRM environments).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in dynamic, fast-paced project environments.

Optional

• Experience with automated testing tools/frameworks for D365 (e.g., Easy Repro, Power Platform test tools) and knowledge of the Dataverse/Power Platform ecosystem.
