Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage global, complex IT projects from discovery and planning through to execution and deployment.

Build strong, transparent relationships with global stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment between business and IT.

Monitor project timelines, mitigate risks, manage budgets, and resolve potential impediments effectively.

Foster collaboration within cross-functional project teams (architects, developers, business analysts).

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager leading complex, large-scale projects.

Experience or strong understanding of managing projects within financial areas/workstreams is highly desired.

Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills (both written and spoken) — ability to navigate global corporate structures.

Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall frameworks.

Nice to have:

Background or previous project experience in the Life Sciences / Pharma industry.

Employment conditions:

B2B contract (rate negotiated individually, up to 160 PLN net/h + VAT)
