Senior Product Analyst

For a client in the e-commerce industry, we are looking for a Senior Product Analyst RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide expert analytical leadership for strategic product questions within the ML Scoring domain for Sponsored Offers
• Translate complex product hypotheses into robust analytical frameworks and deliver actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Develop and maintain a decision-quality analytics layer to enhance product prioritization, experimentation quality, and KPI governance
• REQUIREMENTS
• Proven track record in independently delivering complex analytical projects that drive product or business decisions
• Advanced mastery of SQL, including the optimization of high-scale analytical queries and automated metric pipelines
• Proficiency in Python-based analytical workflows, ensuring reproducible and version-controlled data analysis
• Expert-level experimentation competencies, encompassing A/B testing design, statistical interpretation and strategic recommendation framing
• Expertise in translating strategic goals into structured analytical frameworks and delivering clear, actionable conclusions to senior stakeholders
• Extensive experience in defining, validating, and governing product KPI sets to support iterative product delivery
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted analysis tools while maintaining strict analytical rigor and methodology traceability
• English at least B2 levelNICE TO HAVE
• Experience in AdTech, marketplace ranking, or recommendation analytics
• Practical experience in causal inference methods beyond standard A/B testing
• Experience mentoring analysts and setting analysis standards in multi-team environments

Cooperation based on a B2B contract and rate: 125-140 PLN/hour100% remote work / Warsaw 1 day per month
