Your main responsibilities:

You will be responsible for acquiring, negotiating, onboarding, educating, and building relationships with key international sellers and brands across various categories.

You will identify business development opportunities, analyze market potential, and plan activities related to acquiring new merchants.

You will collaborate with Technology, Customer Experience (CX), Legal, Commerce, and Marketing teams to optimize solutions and build comprehensive knowledge of available tools and how to use them.

You will support the Sourcing Manager in creating sourcing plans and strategies.

You will acquire new partners from the EEA region (major e-commerce sellers from Germany and the Netherlands) to increase GMV.

You will manage a portfolio of partners and ensure the delivery of their quarterly KPIs and sales targets.

You will create sales strategies and materials to support commercial activities.

You will represent Allegro at international e-commerce trade fairs and deliver stage presentations.

We are looking for candidates who:

Have at least 2-3 years of experience in business development/acquiring business contacts and negotiations.

Have knowledge of customer acquisition and understand how e-commerce and marketplaces operate – this is a must.

Have experience in sales and building relationships with clients/business partners.

Are able to build relationships with key clients.

Are self-driven, results-oriented, and focused on sales effectiveness.

Have strong communication and negotiation skills and can work under time pressure.

Are proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets & Forms).

Think analytically and can draw accurate conclusions from data.

Have a good command of English (minimum B2+) – required, and German is a plus.

Are open to business travel.
