About the role Surveily is an EU-native, edge-first AI workplace-safety company, freshly backed by a new round of VC funding. Our computer-vision platform helps industrial, manufacturing, warehousing and heavy-industry clients across Europe prevent incidents by detecting hazards in real time — a missing hard hat, a person in a restricted zone, an unsafe vehicle movement — never a named individual. We handle the full go-to-market motion, combining product, engineering and commercial expertise to bring privacy-first safety AI to the European market. As the company scales, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to own and lead demand generation across our international markets. This is a senior, high-autonomy role: you'll set the direction of the marketing funnel, make the calls on what we build and promote, orchestrate our in-house team alongside external agencies and contractors, and be accountable for turning marketing activity into pipeline and revenue. The challenge We are looking for a senior marketer to unify our marketing activities into a single, coherent funnel and drive them toward one measurable outcome: qualified leads from international markets. Content creation is already a strength for us — the team is creative and generates strong ideas. Our gap lies in converting those activities into commercial results. Too often, our webinars, ebooks and campaigns conclude with an activity delivered rather than a lead generated. What we lack is rigorous cause-and-effect thinking and a senior owner to close that gap. We are therefore looking for someone with the experience and judgement to take full ownership of the marketing funnel: to design and structure it, prioritise ruthlessly, promote the content, enforce disciplined follow-ups, and ensure the entire process converts. This is neither a content-creator role nor a purely performance-focused one; we need a seasoned operator who can bring internal and external contributors together into a cohesive whole, promote the work effectively, and set the standard others work to. Responsibilities Owning the international marketing-to-sales funnel end to end — defining the strategy, deciding what content is needed, and structuring it into a path that reliably ends in a request for quotation. Setting priorities and making the final call on which initiatives we run, based on their expected impact on pipeline. Selecting, briefing and managing external agencies, freelancers and contractors — setting the scope, holding them to deadlines and quality, and making sure their output plugs cleanly into the funnel. Creating or coordinating marketing materials (copy, graphics, video, landing pages) that turn a technical safety product into a clear buyer story. Building and running email campaigns and marketing automation — designing flows and drip campaigns and working on client data, mainly in HubSpot. Directing paid B2B campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and holding them to clear performance targets. Managing website updates via Webflow. Owning the marketing side of trade shows and conferences (e.g. OSH / workplace-safety fairs) — driving the schedule, holding others accountable for their inputs, and pulling together content from recruiters, sales, designers and external partners. Analysing and optimising all activity on the basis of data, not gut feel (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion), and reporting results to leadership. Partnering closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and volume and to keep messaging aligned across the funnel. What we're looking for Several years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record of owning a funnel and delivering leads — this, and your ability to translate marketing activity into requests for quotation, is our number-one requirement. Strong, independent and documented experience promoting content — you have repeatedly planned it and driven it to results yourself, end to end (not observed someone else do it or executed a manager's instructions). Experience managing external agencies, freelancers or contractors — briefing them, keeping them on track, and getting quality output on time. Solid experience with email campaigns and marketing automation (e.g. Apollo, Lemlist or similar; a data-collecting CRM such as HubSpot is a plus) — designing flows and working on client-company data. Command of the Google analytics stack: Google Analytics, GSC, GTM. Demonstrated experience working alongside a sales team and improving joint results. Excellent organisational and project-management skills — you can run several projects in parallel, own your own roadmap, and hold both internal and external contributors accountable. You can write clear, persuasive copy, e.g. for an email or a post. Excellent business English, spoken and written, is mandatory — it's the working language for our international markets. Teamwork — one of our core values — comes naturally to you, within and across teams. Nice to have: Experience marketing to industrial, manufacturing, EHS or safety buyers — it helps, but it's not essential. Experience with HubSpot — it's not hard to pick up, but it will speed up your start. Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment. Your team You'll work shoulder to shoulder with the Business Development team and directly with Surveily's founder and CEO, Wojciech, while also leading a bench of external agencies and contractors. Everyone here also contributes to content creation. Your role is to tie these internal and external efforts into one working funnel and to be the person who decides which ideas we actually put into action. Wojciech will support your growth through regular 1:1s, working with OKRs and Growth Reviews, and you'll set the direction together, as a team. What we offer Compensation: PLN 13,000–16,000 net on a B2B invoice. A dynamic startup environment built on high effort and high results — where you can grow 2–4x faster than in a corporate setting. Continuous feedback — you always know whether you're heading in the right direction. A training budget, with the option to increase it. Co-financing of private medical care and a Multisport package (50%). Team and company-wide integration events. Hybrid work from our office in Wrocław. Work tools: laptop and phone. Real ownership of marketing strategy and the development of our digital demand-generation engine. Recruitment process After you send us your CV, we'll ask you to fill in a short application form. Among other things, we'll ask you to: Describe — in concrete numbers — a marketing project you're proud of: what you did, what your role was, what the content promotion looked like, and what the results were (500–1000 characters). Describe a situation in which you worked with a sales team. What was your task, how did the collaboration work, and what impact did it have on results? We always reply, regardless of the decision — within one week at most. Stage 1 – Screening. A phone/remote conversation in a competency-based model (situation–action–result). We'll talk about the tools you've used, your experience with automation and email, examples of content promotion, how you built the funnel and lead path, and a project that involved multiple people. Stage 2 – Competency interview. We go deeper into work organisation, running several projects in parallel, and handling delays. Stage 3 – Final interview. An online meeting with the CEO. We'll check role fit, values alignment, and whether there's good 'flow' between us. Feedback and — in the optimistic scenario — an offer to work together!
