Twój zakres obowiązków

• Own end-to-end delivery of medium-scale, complex, global IT infrastructure transformation initiatives, from conception through implementation and closure.
• Establish and uphold robust project governance, ensuring controls, standards, and reporting are consistently maintained across diverse teams.
• Manage full financial accountability, including tracking operational and capital expenditure, conducting financial analyses, and early escalation of risks and budget issues.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across IT, Business, and Finance functions—securing buy-in, providing executive-level updates, and ensuring project alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead global, multi-disciplinary teams via a matrix structure—setting clear operating rhythms, resolving roadblocks, and proactively managing risks and dependencies.
• Apply HSBC Business Transformation Frameworks and delivery methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) to ensure disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate a smooth transition into Business-as-Usual, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, benefits realization, and capturing lessons learned for future projects.

Nasze wymagania

• A proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT infrastructure projects end-to-end.
• At least 5 years of experience in project or program management, especially in technical environments.
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels, including executive and board-level stakeholders.
• Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and translating data into actionable insights.

Mile widziane

• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scaled Agile).
• Prior experience working within a global, matrixed organizational structure.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services IT landscapes.
