You will join a large-scale Core Banking Transformation Program aimed at replacing multiple local legacy solutions with a unified Nordic core banking platform. The project operates in a highly complex environment involving multiple business units, systems, stakeholders, and cross-team dependencies. As a Senior IT Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business and IT, driving requirements from initial discovery through documentation and successful handover to development teams.

The program consists of 300+ professionals working across different domains and countries, creating a unique opportunity to contribute to a strategic banking transformation initiative.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into Features, User Stories, and functional specifications
• Drive requirements independently from elicitation to implementation handover
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and technical stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, testers, and product representatives
• Identify and manage dependencies across systems and teams
• Support solution design activities from a business and functional perspective
• Ensure requirement quality, traceability, and alignment with business objectives
• Quickly onboard into a complex banking environment and become a trusted domain expert
• Contribute to statement and reporting-related initiatives within the program
• Expected competences and knowledge5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
• Hands-on experience working with Statements and reporting solutions
• Professional knowledge of banking statements and reporting processes
• Experience within the banking sector (preferably large international banks)

Ability to work independently in complex and large-scale environments

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
• Experience working within large transformation programs (300+ employees)

Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Ability to understand new domains quickly and effectively
