Senior HR Services Administrator with German

Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Senior HR Services Administrator with German provides operational expertise and coordination across workforce administration processes for the German market. This role supports transition activities, knowledge sharing, and process documentation, while collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders. It also identifies opportunities to standardize ways of working and reduce manual effort through the use of technology. While primarily supporting Germany, the role also contributes to global workforce administration initiatives and continuous improvement activities across the wider Team Member Services organization.

Where You'll Work

This is a hybrid role and requires you to be on-site at our office at Wielicka 30, Kraków, 3 to 5 times per month. On-site days are predetermined and standardized across the company.
