Senior Fnancial Analyst

Your responsibilities Your role: Partner with program managers to drive program profitability overtime. Analyze product margins and their operational drivers, including: Product design and specifications Bills of material and production routings Cycle times, labor, scrap, and hourly rates Purchasing prices, volumes, tooling, and capital expenditure Customer price breakdowns Challenge action plans and track profitability roadmaps. Work closely with engineering, operations, purchasing, sales, commercial finance, and plant teams. Our requirements Your profile: Master’s degree in Finance or Industrial Engineering. At least five years of experience in automotive or aerospace, always with a strong industrial exposure. Example: product cost estimators, plant cost accountants, and industrial process engineers ready to move into a finance-oriented role. Advanced Excel skills; SAP costing experience is an advantage, AI Fluent English, both written and spoke What defines you: You are passionate about industry and business plans. You absolutely feel the need to understand the product and production process behind the numbers. You are comfortable discussing technical topics with engineers and translating operational decisions into financial impacts. You combine strong analytical skills with curiosity, independence, and clear communication.
